Creative production tool workflow

This effect looks way more complicated than it actually is. I made it in Adobe Express, and I've partnered with them to show you exactly how.

First, record a video of yourself talking to the camera. Then you're gonna take a few screenshots of the video.

I'd recommend at least five. Upload the screenshots into Adobe Express and place each one on its own page.

Then use Remove background to cut out the background and the erase tool to erase everything except for your head. Repeat this process for all of your screenshots.

This is optional: add a filter if you want a specific look. And now it's time to animate them.

Create a new mobile video project. Copy and paste each floating head into the project, which will then place them on separate layers.

Now adjust the timing of each layer. Each floating head is going to be point one seconds long.

And super important, be sure to stagger your floating heads so that each one starts when the previous one ends. Record your voice over and then duplicate your floating heads until they match the length of your voice over...

Most people don't realize that you can build a faceless YouTube channel that makes 8K a month with Claude and ElevenLabs. One person ran this content system for only 4 months and just hit 8K a month and he only spends 3 hours a week on it.

A lot of people make this mistake when starting out. Don't pick a niche that you like, pick one that pays.

This is the exact prompt that you should put into Claude in order to get a data-driven recommendation for which niche to choose instead of choosing random ones.

It's based on content repeatability, audience size, and monetization options beyond AdSense. Set up the content script system.

You can automate script writing with Claude, but the script system has to be built correctly because Claude can give a lot of bad scripts...

With this prompt, use TubeBuddy or vidIQ for keyword checks. Post one or two videos for the first week and then three to four videos after warming up the account.

By month four you should be adding in affiliates and sponsorships. One faceless channel at 600,000 views a month at $18 RPM pulls $10,800 a month from just AdSense alone.

Last week, Canva launched Canva Video 2.0, which is going to be a direct competitor to CapCut and other video editing suites. What makes Canva Video 2.0 so appealing is that there's so many people already using Canva and Canva really is great.

The user experience is great. There's so many tips and there's so many things just to help you get going.

Now with this video editor, they're gonna put a lot of the stuff that they've worked already in Canva into the video editor. There's gonna be AI editing, there's gonna be AI images, there's gonna be a lot of the extensive library that you can already use in Canva that you can put directly into your videos.

This is a big limitation that I've seen in CapCut where a lot of the videos and the stock stuff is really quite limited. It's gonna be an enhanced timeline, which is going to make editing a whole lot better and quicker.

With CapCut, some of the privacy issues are a little bit limited and a bit grey. No one really knows who owns the content...

The other day, Canva launched this brand new tool called affinity. And with this, they are going full blast against Adobe.

Now with affinity, they plan to go after Adobe's three most popular tools, Photoshop, Illustrator and in design. Now the big thing about affinity and why it's such a massive news, Zac Canvas said this is free and it's gonna be free forever.

Now I'm not a designer, but I've spoken to a lot of designers locally and overseas and they told me they are definitely gonna make the move to affinity. If you're a designer, please let me know your comments below.

I'm gonna go into the website and just look for a prompt that talks to me. I'm gonna copy that prompt, then I'm gonna go onto Gemini, I'm gonna use Nano Banana.

I'm gonna upload a plain image of myself and then I'm gonna copy that prompt. Bang.
