This is the easiest way to rank on the first page of Google. Go to Google Search Console, click performance, then search results. Turn on average position, scroll till you get between 11 and 20.

These are the keywords you're on the second page for. Then find the ones with the most impressions. These are all the high volume keywords you're almost winning for.

Click on one of them to see what you are else ranking. Compare that page to whoever ranks No. 1 and add anything you're missing, like original data, stories or frequently asked questions.
