Google AI Max is a brand new Google Ads campaign type that Google recently launched. I'm here to say to you probably stay away from it. We've tested it with a few of our clients on a very small scale and unfortunately the results are not great.
The first thing to know is that although it says AI Max, it has nothing to do with coming up on the AI results. Nothing at all. Basically what this type of campaign is, is just letting Google's AI take care of everything for you.
That means moving things to broad, writing text ads for you, showing your ads all over the place. And this really isn't for your benefit. As I've mentioned in a lot of my videos, unfortunately, a lot of the automations that the Google Ads system does and what the Google Ads reps will tell you is for their benefit and not for yours.
Be very careful when running an a R Max for yourself or for your company because in most cases that we've seen, it just doesn't work.
