Those are the money words. That is when a person is ready to buy and by the keywords that they type in, the intent is clear. Now the reason why you have to know these keywords for SEO and Google Ads are two things.
The first one is that informational type of keywords. Those are the hardest ones to rank for because a lot of informational websites, there are blogs, there are government websites, there are health websites, everything relating to information.
The second thing is if you're bidding on those words in Google Ads, generally there's a lot of search volume behind it so you're gonna spend a lot of your budget quite quickly but even then the intent probably is not gonna lead to a sale so those are the different type of keywords that you have to stay away from. With regards to commercial and transactional words, as I said, those are the money words, those are the words that You try to rank for on SEO because those are the words that are gonna lead to conversions.
