Todd is a business owner. Last month his sales from Google went up 60%. This month he's on track to double that and he only spends about an hour a week on this.
I'm gonna show you exactly what he does in this video and stick with me because the same thing that's getting Todd more leads from Google is also getting him cited by ChatGPT. I'm gonna show you that part two. This is the tool I use.
com. Type in a topic like roof leak. It pulls up real questions that people are asking online.
They're not made up, they're not guessed by AI. These are actual questions that your customers are asking right now. We're gonna choose this question right here.
Can I fix a small roof leak myself? This is what we're gonna use to get you more leads in about 45 minutes. Let me show you most business owners think SEO means hiring an SEO agency for $2,000 a month or trying to learn 47 things on YouTube and quitting after a week.
So here's what actually moves the needle for a small business, answering questions that your customers are actually asking on Google. Your own voice with your own expertise. That's it.
That's the game and here's what nobody tells you. You don't need a marketing day, you don't need a content calendar. All you need is like 45 minutes a week.
It Could be your slow hour on Tuesday, your Sunday morning with a cup of coffee, or 30 minutes after you've closed up shop for the day. That's the whole commitment. So there's a reason why this works in 2026.
Google's whole job right now is trying to figure out who's an actual expert and who's just publishing AI slop. And the ones winning aren't the ones who are publishing the most. They're the ones publishing the most real.
And yes, the way that I do this that I'm about to show you uses AI, but not how yo
are publishing the most. They're the ones publishing the most real. And yes, the way that I do this that I'm about to show you uses AI, but not how you might think.
I use it to interview me so the content comes out sounding like me and not like every other website on the internet. Here's what those 45 minutes look like. We just did step one.
We found a question that your customers are actually asking. There are people right now in your service area typing this into Google. And if you're the one with the answer, you're the one that shows up.
And the one that shows up gets the call. That took two minutes. Let's move on to step 2.
This is where most people mess up. Take that question, paste it into ChatGPT and say, write me a piece of content and out comes another polished piece of AI slop. Google is ignoring this kind of content and your customers are ignoring this kind of content.
So here's the trick. You're gonna open up ChatGPT and you're gonna use this prompt. I'm writing a blog post answering this question.
Ask me anything you need to know to write a blog post that's truly helpful and unique include my expertise, my experience, case studies, examples, opinions, etcetera limited to 10 questions ask me them one at a time. I'll be using voice mode to answer. I don't even have to type now.
Watch what happens instead of writing for me, it starts interviewing me. It's pulling out all the things that only I know the story behind the answer, the mistake I made the first time I did this. The thing that I always tell customers that nobody else is saying online, I'm not typing, I'm not writing I'm just talking like I'm on the phone with a customer.
This is what Todd does. A couple sessions ago I mentioned that our sales uh through search were up 60% uh versus the previous month

That's it about 20 minutes a week not better at SEO than anybody else. He just sounds like a real person trying to help real people. Step 3, once you're done answering those questions, I tell ChatGPT to write me a blog post using my answers then I do two things I add three links to other pages on my website.
These are Likely service pages and related posts. That takes about 5 minutes to do and then I go and look for images that fit the post which takes usually about 15 minutes total. Then I hit publish the post is live and here's the bonus that I promise you at the start of this video.
The exact same thing that makes Google rank your content, real answers, real expertise, your real voice is exactly what makes ChatGPT and AI overviews cite your website. When your customers are looking for help, you're not just showing up on Google, you're showing up wherever your customers are looking next. Alright, so let's add everything up.
Two minutes finding the question, 20 minutes getting interviewed, 20 minutes on links and images and that brings us to about 45 minutes to write one post. Add in another 15 minutes a week to glance at what's working and that's your full 60 minutes a week. You're doing one post a week and there's 50 weeks in a year which means you're doing 50 blog posts, each one targeting a real question, each one in your voice, each one a piece of real estate that Google can rank.
That's the math behind Todd's 60% increase. There's one more piece that you need to do once your post is live. The five minute trick that I do every single wee

That's linking it up with the rest of Your content. I'll show you how to do that in an upcoming video. So here's what it looks like in your business.
More people finding you when they search for what you do. More phone calls, more booked appointments, more of the right customers, the ones that are already looking and now choosing you over the guy down the street. 45 minutes once a week.
That's the price. com and it's completely free. Bye.
