When people ask me what type of company do I like dealing with, I tell them that I want to work with winners and not with losers. To explain what winners and losers are, at least in my view, I want to show you this clip from Mad Men. The scene is don, as we know, who's the most charismatic salesman in the world.

He goes to accompany Dye Chemicals and is pitching them. Take a look at this. But it doesn't change the fact that we're happy with our agency.

Are you? You're happy with 50%. You're on top and you don't have enough.

You're happy because you're successful for now. But what is happiness? It's a moment before you need more happiness.

I won't settle for 50% of anything. I want 100%. You're happy with your agency.

You're not happy with anything. You don't want most of it. You want all of it.

And I won't stop until you get all of it. Thank you for your time. Now, I'm not as eloquent as don, but I deal with this quite often.

I share ideas with my clients how to grow. A lot of their ideas have got nothing to do with the services that I offer, but I share them anyway because I'm so involved in this world. So for example, I might tell clients, look guys, it's time to advertise on TikTok.

It's time to invest in Pinterest. It's time to invest in AI, a new Website and a whole lot of other new things. Now, there are two different approaches that clients take.

The one client is like this example, don. They'll say, no, we happy where we are. We don't really have to grow much because we doing well.

Or no, we really don't have to take too much of an advance because everyone else in our industry is doing the same thing. So there's no reason to change. The winner clients, and these are the clients that I love dealing with, they say, you know what, we doing well, but let's do better

reason to change. The winner clients, and these are the clients that I love dealing with, they say, you know what, we doing well, but let's do better. Let's shoot for the moon, Josh.

Bring us all the ideas that you can have. If this is the new way at looking at websites, let's take a look at it. If this is a new platform of advertising, let's look at it.

Let's be the first. Let's be the people that lead the way. I love dealing with clients that think big and want to shoot the stars out, the mavericks, the people that want to take the risks, the people that are open to new ideas, people that are not settling for mediocre, people that are looking to get the top results and to take over the industries.

That's my ideal client.
