Harry, everyone's panicking about not putting clicks through AI search. Should they be?

It depends. Informational search is dying. AI just summarizes searches now, but the only people who made money off those clicks were informational blogs selling ad traffic.

If you're a real business focused on commercial terms, it actually doesn't matter at all. The quality of traffic that you get now is much higher, it's more commercial, and we're seeing better customers off the back of it. Google still lets you retarget people who saw your brand in AI overviews.

Informational traffic is down. You should be worried about those clicks if you're an informational website. But at the end of the day, it's not about traffic, it's about getting conversion.

So the stuff that turns into leads and sales, that is better than ever.
