Most people don't realize that Anthropic just launched something that replaces half the tools small business owners are paying for. It's called Claude for Small Business, and they created 15 pre-built workflows to help you manage your business.

These are the three that you need to set up right now.

The invoice chaser: every business has outstanding invoices that they forgot to follow up on. This workflow connects to QuickBooks and PayPal, finds every overdue invoice, ranks them by how late they are, drafts personalized follow-up emails for each one, and queues them for you to approve and send. You are no longer writing chase emails at 11 PM anymore.

The campaign workflow: this is the one that actually grows your revenue. Claude looks at your HubSpot data, finds a slow section in your sales, analyzes which one of your past campaigns actually converted, and then goes into Canva and actually builds the creative assets. This is the one workflow doing the job of a marketing freelancer you're paying $1,500 a month for.

The monthly close: this is the one that's saving you the most time every single month. Claude compares your QuickBooks books against your PayPal settlements, flags everything that doesn't match, and exports a full close packet you forward straight to your accountant. Claude does a reconciliation, catches the errors, and packages it all up.
