Stop paying agencies a percentage of the amount of money that you're spending on Google Ads, meta ads or any other form of digital advertising. This Old Agency pricing model is really just so outdated and to be honest with you, really is just not the right thing to do.

The way that it works as we know is that agencies convince companies that whatever they spend through that agency, that agency is going to take a cut of the spend as their fee. Now this is obviously just not right.

The main reason is, is that the agency is always incentivised to get the client to spend more. They're not really incentivised that the client gets better leads and better quality leads.

They just need people to continue to spend because obviously the more that a company spends, the greater their fee. Look at this for example, I came across a client this week though spending a fortune on Google Ads close on a m...
