This is how to use Claude in order to wipe your personal information off the internet. Find out what's already on the web by searching your name, email, and phone number on Google.

Take screenshots each time they appear. Then paste those results into Claude and tell it to categorize them as data brokers, old accounts or articles and rank them by deletion priority. Claude builds you a hit list.

Now go to Have I Been Pwned, paste your email, and see what data breaches you are in. Give that list to Claude and tell it to rank them by risk, tell it which ones need a password change, which need two-factor authentication, and which need full account deletion. Use data brokers like Spokeo and BeenVerified to start deleting your data.
