Most people don't realize their full name, phone number, home address, and other accounts are sitting on hundreds of websites right now. This is how to use Claude in order to wipe your personal information off the internet. Find out what's already on the web by searching your name, email, and phone number on Google.

Take screenshots each time they appear. Then paste those results into Claude and tell it to categorize them as data brokers, old accounts or articles and rank them by deletion priority. Claude builds you a hit list.

Now go to Have I Been Pwned, paste your email, and see what data breaches you are in. Give that list to Claude and tell it to rank them by risk, tell it which ones need a password change, which need two-factor authentication, and which need full account deletion. Use data brokers like Spokeo and BeenVerified to start deleting your data.

Tell Claude to write a CCPA opt-out request for each one with your name, email address, professional role, and legal references included. I have the prompts to do this in my guide for dead accounts. xyz.

It shows you how to exactly delete your accounts on hundreds of services. Anything that resists, tell Claude to write a GDPR or CCPA deletion request with legal language and a 30-day deadline. Old articles or search results that cannot come down can be pushed off the first page of Google.

Tell Claude to come up with five content angles with your name and profession that target the same keywords as the bad result. Publish those keywords on LinkedIn, Medium, or your personal website.

Over the next two to three months, Google starts ranking the new content higher. I made a step-by-step guide with exact prompts on how to do this.

Just comment clean and I'll send it to you. Follow for more news and practical advice on running your workflow or business with AI.
