What we collect

We collect information you send through forms or email, such as website URL, business context, name, work email, and optional notes. The website may also process basic server logs, IP address, browser/user-agent string, request URL, time of visit, and security logs.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare a free AI Visibility Roadmap, operate the website, prevent abuse, maintain backups, and improve the project.

Cookies

Necessary cookies or local browser storage may be used to keep the site working and remember cookie preferences. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are not currently active by default. If they are added later, they should only run after you allow them where consent is required.

Base2026 records

Base2026 may include public creator handles, public source URLs, publication dates when available, topic labels, public captions, excerpts, and processing metadata. Base2026 is not intended to collect private, paywalled, login-restricted, or non-public content.

Sharing and retention

We may use hosting, search, email, security, and analytics providers as needed to operate the site. Contact and correction/removal requests may be retained to document the request and prevent accidental re-publication of removed content.

Your choices

You can request correction, deletion, or review of information you sent to us. Creators can request attribution correction, transcript correction, removal, or suppression of future records from the same source.
