So Google just released Gemini Enterprise and it actually looks really cool. It's obviously built with larger organizations in mind, but essentially it's a platform for building and sharing agents and have access to all of your company's data. This really should be the ultimate N a d n killer except there's one fatal flaw. If it wasn't for this one flaw, I really think n a d n and really most AI apps would be in trouble right now. And that flaw of course is that you're locked into only using Gemini products. Anyone who's building AI workflows, automations, AI powered software understands why you don't want to be locked into a specific set of AI models. Using the best model for a specific task makes a huge difference and what that best model is differs wildly based on the task or even on the specific step of a task.
