Discovery

Design
Designed a multi-tier support bot — L1 auto-resolves FAQs using a RAG pipeline, L2 handles billing self-service with account integrations, and L3 provides smart escalation to human agents with full conversation context and sentiment flags.
Build
Built a RAG pipeline indexing product documentation and the internal knowledge base. Added Slack integration for internal escalation workflows and real-time sentiment analysis to route frustrated customers to senior agents immediately.
Deploy

The First Call
